Belly Dancing is gaining popularity in some of the country's trendiest gyms. Experts say this ancient dance - which originated as a labor ritual to guide a birthing mother - tones every major muscle group from the hamstring to the neck, while improving coordination, posture and flexibility. And it's a great way to strengthen lower-back muscles.
